Trainers, new shiny Pokemon are coming in October and the list of available shiny Pokemon is getting bigger and bigger every month.
There are currently over 290 Shiny Pokemon available in the game. However, that number will change in October and there will be close to 300 Shiny Pokemon available to catch in the game.
With that being said, we are looking forward to catching the new shiny Pokemon listed below.
October Shiny Pokemon Hunt
As part of the WTO event (starts last week of September, which means that the following Shiny Pokemon will be available in October and after)
- Shiny Zangoose in the wild – available only to players from the eastern hemisphere, including Europe, Asia and Australia
- Shiny Seviper in the wild – available only to players from the western hemisphere, including the Americas and Africa
- Shiny Mime Jr. from 5KM Eggs – available only to players from Europe

From October 3-October 6 a Safari Zone event in Taipei will go live and Shiny Oddish will make its debut. In addition, Shiny Oddish will be available worldwide (October 2 at 7 PM PDT) just like previous Safari Zone events and shiny exclusives.
