Update: Trainers, the Adventure Sync got turned off for some players (forced disabled), so you might want to check your settings and enable it back.
Previous Story: Trainers, there are two Egg Pools in the game, the 2km, 5km, 7km, 10km and the other is the Adventure Sync Egg Pool.
Depending on how far you walk in a given week, Pokemon Go will give out various rewards including the Adventure Sync special Eggs and just like receiving Eggs from friends or through PokeStops, a player must have an open slot to get one. Trainers will receive one Egg for hitting 25 KM and 50 KM walked. In addition, you can get both at once if there are at least two spaces available.
The 2km, 5km and 10km Eggs can be obtained via spinning PokeStops and the 7km Eggs can be obtained from gifts. The Adventure Sync Egg Pool is unique and the Eggs can be obtained ONLY from fitness rewards – when achieving weekly fitness goals.

The Adventure Sync feature is a relatively new feature in Pokemon Go and when launched, the Egg Pool wasn’t anything special and players didn’t pay to much attention to it. Now, it seems like players would like to keep a slot or two open for these Eggs more often.
Please have in mind that the Adventure Sync Egg Pool is not changing often. This gives you more time to walk and get the above mentioned Pokemon.
