How to Prevent Spoofers to Join Private Raid Lobbies and Participate in a Raid

We have something new to share with you. There is a way to enter private lobbies without anyone telling you what the code is. This is spread between the spoofers. When you create the private lobby, you are given a code of three random Pokemon. This is because you and only you know the code, so the people that join are the ones you tell the code to.

But there is a problem. When you create a second lobby, it will have the same code, only the last part of the code changes to the next Pokemon. This is called Pokemon Matrix.

Let’s imagine. You open a private lobby and are given the code “Squirtle Squirtle Charmander” (223). The next person that will open a private lobby will be given a code “Squirtle Squirtle Pikachu” (224). The spoofers can create a private lobby beforehand and can easily get to know your code.

A somewhat called solution to this situation is to create two or three private lobbies simultaneously. You will choose one of the created lobbies and tell everyone the code of the lobby chosen. The spoofer will choose one lobby. When the timer starts counting 30s, everyone will join the chosen lobby, and the spoofer probably won’t have the time to hit the right lobby.
