Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake shown on the Russian Uplay store

This summer, we’ve heard about the possibility of a new Prince of Persia Remake. The title remained in secrecy, and only speculations and rumors were keeping the story alive. But, long story short, it seemed that Ubisoft has finally given up. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake appeared on Uplay.

Earlier today, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake was leaked on the Russian Uplay store. Undoubtedly, it’s a cheesy way to reveal a title, which honestly speaking ahead of the game’s official discovery, looks a bit inappropriate and ugly for a remake. Hopefully, we’ll get a more exciting and appropriate outcome throughout Ubisoft Forward.

Nibel posted the leak on Twitter, and you can find it below:

Prince of Persia’s revelation was a part of a complicated puzzle that went through multiple steps.

  1. Domain update related to the franchise itself.
  2. Leak by a retailer who was deemed truthful has also taken space.
  3. Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier has confirmed a potential Prince of Persia Remake reveal in Triple Click’s broadcast.

After this, there’s nothing else but to hope for an official reveal tomorrow.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
