Rayquaza Taking the Lead over Groudon and Kyogre, We Still have Two Days Until the Final Results

The Legendary week of Raid Battles went live on February 23, bringing back Kyogre and Groudon in Pokemon Go until March 5. This means that we still have 2 more days to catch Groudon and Kyogre, while Rayquaza will be available to battle and catch until March 16.

When Pokemon Go announced the Legendary week of Raid Battles, they also announced an “Epic Battle,” (as I like to call it) that will end on the same day when Groudon and Kyogre leave.

This “Epic Battle,” started on the same day when the Legendary week of Raid Battles was announced, with a goal to defeat Rayquaza more than Groudon and Kyogre and Pokemon that prefer windy weather to start hatching from March 5 until March 16, or to defeat Groudon and Kyogre more than Rayquaza and Pokemon that prefer sunny or rainy weather to start hatching the same period.

At this moment, Rayquaza is leading over Groudon and Kyogre with 52% against 48%, but we still have 2 more days to change the result, if we want to see increased hatch rate of Pokemon that prefer sunny and rainy weather.

Now, those wondering what Pokemon are more likely to hatch if Rayquaza wins, I’ve got your back:

  • Dragon, Flying and Psychic Type Pokemon are more likely to hatch

If Groudon and Kyogre win the “Epic Battle” here is what we can expect:

  • Sunny Weather – Fire, Grass and Ground Type Pokemon
  • Rainy Weather – Water, Electric and Bug Type Pokemon

The “Epic Battle” is ending on March 5, the results will be announced on the same day, and from that day until March 16, the above-mentioned types will be more likely to hatch from Eggs.

Who do you think will win?
