SCUM, the new Survival Experience is now available on Steam

If you have been watching this fantastic survival title on Twitch during the past two days and you’ve wanted to grasp the title, today is the day. SCUM has officially entered Early Access on Steam and can be bought for only $19.99 or in the European currency, 16.79.

If you remember we made some coverage over the past about what SCUM is offering. Having such an intriguing mechanics such as metabolism and overview of character’s health in many detailed views, it is undoubtedly the most realistic out there.

To be honest, we do not have any point from where to begin talking about this video game. But for a change, let’s start with the performance. During its extra early days, the game has suffered some performance drops and server-client sync, until yesterday’s fix. Gamepires has developed a fix that has seemingly removed all the lag from the servers, which adds that extra spice of encouraging players to buy this survival title.

If you are curious about the metabolism part and character development, you can visit this article, or if you would love to learn more about the rain system, and its incredibly smooth vaulting and climbing feature, make sure you do by clicking on the listed links.

SCUM it’s somewhat a new phenomenon among the survival video games, which proves a healthy development and success in both the vast open world environment and the performance such high FPS with a decent amount of players on the servers.

For now, we’ll leave you with that, and try to get into a new session and create our new chubby or slick character, depending on the circumstances of my role in the group. Hopefully, this early access will go without any issues.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
