As announced by Bandai Namco, Tekken 7 is set to release on June 2 for PS4. This is great news! Me, personally, have been waiting for this game for a long time now and I’m very excited. If you are a fan of Tekken, I hope you share the same feelings with me.
Keep on reading and find out more about Tekken 7 PS4 new gameplay mechanics and what they do.
Tekken 7 hits PS4 in summer. Imagine this, sunny outside, you need a cold drink to refresh yourself and you see the Tekken 7 CD. What is your next move? Well, I know mine 🙂 Until the official release date, I want to explain you more about the new gameplay mechanics.
The game is with new characters and new mechanics. Rage system: you will see the HP bar goes red, this means you’re in “Rage” mode. This mode increases the damage and grants the use of two new moves, Rage Art and Rage Drive. Rage Art is a mighty attack, that builds up the armor and allowing to absorb hits and powers. This is a second chance for a player who is far behind. Rage Drive grants you a combo that can destroy the enemy in a second. Power Crush is also an armored attack and it’s very risky if cast early. But if you cast it right on time you will gain a physical and mental advantage.
As I have already mentioned above, the are new characters in Tekken 7. One of them is Akuma from Street Fighter. He is with the classic attacks, but with new combos. You all know that utilizing his EX Meter, Akuma can deal high damage with his super moves.
In addition, Kazuya and Heihachi figure hit Tekken 7 Collector’s Edition. These figures are 12” by 18” and they look amazing. The Collector’s Edition also includes a Steel Book and the official Tekken 7 soundtrack. Also, anyone who will pre-order Tekken 7, gets an access to Eliza from Tekken Revolution.
Bandai Namco announced the Season Pass to three content packs with new characters, stages, mode and Metallic Costume Pack. I also have to mention, Jin, Xiaoyu and King get new costumes. But this is our secret.
