Telltale Requested Temporary Pause of Sales of The Walking Dead: The Final Season

The final season of The Walking Dead has been temporarily removed from the game stores.

On the GOG page, there is a message that reads:  “Telltale has requested a temporary pause of sales of The Walking Dead – Final Season.”

It is also reported that it is no longer available on Steam and on the consoles. As the studio reports, the removal of the game from the stores is due to halting the sales of the season passes. Our thoughts are that the game will be back soon, or at least a “temporary pause” implies to that.

Telltale has had a rough past week, laying off most of their employees. The future of the game The Walking Dead is quite unpredictable, as the company reported that there are “potential partners” that are interested in Telltale.
