Escape From Tarkov’s Latest Event Bans Ammo From Traders and Flea

Battlestate Games has recently announced a new Escape From Tarkov event. This latest event includes a new Punisher task, which will put players’ adaptability and strategy skills to the test under new conditions. After conducting a series of tests, it has been confirmed that almost all types of ammunition have been banned from the traders and flea market.

A significant change has been implemented which limits the availability of certain types of ammunition that have high penetration capabilities. This has resulted in a scarcity of such ammunition, which players must now navigate tactfully. To access these previously available ammunitions, players now need to complete the Punisher task, which serves as the key to unlock these resources directly from the traders.

It has been clarified that the restriction on selling ammunition with over 35 penetration power extends beyond the flea market. As a result, all traders have stopped selling this ammunition. High-penetration rounds, which are crucial for taking down well-armored enemies, will now become a rare and valuable resource.

Thanks to BakeeZy, we have the image below of the completed quest below and its rewards. The Punisher.Harvest is what the quest is called.

Stay tuned as we continue to cover this event and its ramifications on the gameplay experience. For the most tenacious competitors, this could be an opportunity to stand out and redefine their legacy in the harrowing world of Escape From Tarkov.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
