UPDATE Pokemon Go June, July, August, September, October, November Community Day, Potential Future Community Day Shiny Pokemon

Trainers, this is HUGE! Niantic and Pokemon Go are bringing back the Community Day voting system and we have the voting list for the next Community Day events.

The next Community Day events voting lists have been revealed, thanks to the great miners, and trust me, you’re going to love it.

Pokemon Go June/July 2020 Community Day Voting List

  • Gastly – runner-up, July 19, 2020
  • Sandshrew
  • Squirtle
  • Weedle – June 20, 2020

From May 23 to May 24, you’ll be able to vote for the Pokemon you’d like featured via Twitter! The two Pokemon that receive the most votes will go on to be featured during the next Community Days, with the Pokemon with the most votes featured in June and the runner-up in July.

Pokemon Go August 2020 Community Day Event

September/October 2020 Community Day Voting List

  • Caterpie
  • Charmander – October 17, 2020
  • Grimer
  • Porygon – September 20, 2020

You’ll be able to vote for the Pokemon you’d like featured via Twitter! The two Pokemon that receive the most votes will go on to be featured during the next Community Days, with the Pokemon with the most votes featured in September and the runner-up in October.

November 2020 Community Day Event

Update: Trainers, Niantic and Pokemon Go announced the next Community Day event in November 2020. According to their official announcement, there will be two separate Community Day events in November 2020, one featuring Electabuzz and the second featuring Magmar.

Electabuzz Community Day event will go live on November 15, 2020, from 11 AM to 5 PM local time featuring:

  • Electabuzz will be appearing more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!
  • Evolve Electabuzz during the event or up to two hours afterward to get an Electivire that knows Flamethrower.
  • Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
  • There’ll be a special one-time-purchase Electabuzz Community Day Box available for 1,280 PokéCoins, featuring an Elite Fast TM, three Super Incubators, three Incense, and 30 Ultra Balls.
  • Event-exclusive Timed Research and Field Research tasks will be available! By completing Timed Research tasks, you’ll be able to earn Sinnoh Stones and other items.
  • For US$1 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access the Electabuzz Community Day–exclusive Special Research story, Electric for Electabuzz.
  • Elekid will be hatching from 2 km Eggs.
  • 1/4 Hatch Distance for Eggs placed in Incubators during the event.
  • Incense activated during the event will last for three hours.

Magmar Community Day event will go live on November 21, 2020, from 11 AM to 5 PM local time featuring:

  • Magmar will be appearing more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!
  • Evolve Magmar during the event or up to two hours afterward to get a Magmortar that knows Thunderbolt.
  • Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
  • There’ll be a special one-time-purchase Magmar Community Day Box available for 1,280 PokéCoins, featuring an Elite Charged TM, three Super Incubators, three Lucky Eggs, and 30 Ultra Balls.
  • Event-exclusive Timed Research and Field Research tasks will be available! By completing Timed Research tasks, you’ll be able to earn Sinnoh Stones and other items.
  • For US$1 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access the Magmar Community Day–exclusive Special Research story, No Match for Magmar.
  • Magby will be hatching from 2 km Eggs.
  • 1/4 Hatch Distance for Eggs placed in Incubators during the event.
  • Incense activated during the event will last for three hours.

  9. How about May flowers (all the Kanto grass), June Bugs, July Fireworks (Kanto fire), AuGUST flyers, and September Showers. Or April Showers (Kanto water)

  11. I think gen5 and gen 6s should be voted for for one reason the ones you have put up everyone has them evolved already and some have completed their 1st pokedex and nearly at level 40 so I think that we should have new ones now

  22. Why are they not using new Pokemon? These are already out like crazy right now. How about we. Vote for Riolu, Oshawat, Blitzl, Panpour, Pansage, and pansear, how about A few, Larvitar, the eevees, Darakuma, along the lines of those pokemon. It would make the game way way morr fun to mix it up with ones we dont see. Even throw in Throu, dweeble or Timburr

  44. Stop offering repeat shinys!! Only one from each category doesn’t have a shiny released yet!! Not only are these already out but most have been forced down our throat in research AND had a good solid event or 2 where they were spawning wild… Hhhorrible. Just horrible. Let people be entitled to their rare shinys they worked so hard for, and quit milking the revenue, come on Niantic, drop some new shit if u aint fixin the bugs…. Fr

    Maybe this is far fetched but half of these Pokémon have mega evolutions. Kalos is just around the corner. Niantic is pushing more towards Go battles. New players are slowly coming back. Let’s be ready.

  78. Remember when Community Day was cool and had a new shiny?
    Pepperidge Farm remembers.
    Almost all of these pokemon suck, and even with a new move, mo matter what it is, they will still suck.
    We’re just voting on the next Great League meta shift.
    Thank god we can’t go outside, since we aren’t missing anything!

I agree with some of these people bring some new Pokemon that have not had a community day like they said all the suggestions all have a shiny but just need to pop up more on the game but if I had to choose I would choose Squirtle for May, Porygon for June, Charmander for July, Starly for August, and Bulbasaur for September or if I have to it would be Squirtle for May Porygon for June/July and Starly for August/September

  108. What’s wrong with something exciting like a Larvitar day, an Axew day or Bagon day. Do something interesting with things you can’t easily access.
