Pokemon Go Extends Primal Kyogre Raid Day After Server Issues, Will Lost Raid Passes Be Compensated?
Trainers, the Primal Kyogre Raid Day event has started, and not everyone enjoys it. Many Pokemon Go players lost Raid Passes, Remote Raid Passes, and Incense due to server issues, only for Niantic to extend the time of the event as compensation.
Primal Kyogre returns to Pokemon Go for a special Raid Day event, and just when we thought there wouldn’t be any problems and the short event would end with lots of Shiny Primal Kyogre, the servers let us down. Niantic and Pokemon Go have acknowledged the error and announced that the event will be extended to 7 pm local time for all regions.
But why just extend the time? What will happen to the lost Remote Raid Passes, Raid Passes, and the bonuses from the paid ticket? Many Pokemon Go players have lost their Raid Passes, and want compensation for them.
Trainers, we have resolved server issues that were impacting Primal Kyogre Raid Day and have extended the event until 7:00 p.m. local time for all regions.

We hope that Niantic will realize and solve this problem as well, preferably as soon as possible, and all players will get their lost items back.
