According to reports, the odds of encountering a Shiny Oddish during Research Day are 1 in 10, which translates to a Shiny rate of 10%. This is among one of the highest shiny odds and shiny rates in Pokémon Go.

The oddish day was horrible! Only one task came through one pokestop. I had to drive somewhere to get another task that gave a bad stats oddish not worth keeping! There needs to be a redo on this one!
