Well, well, well. You would’ve thought that everything would go smoothly before one of the biggest events in Pokémon GO begins, but boy, are you wrong.
With every event, Trainers get some kind of a medal, and Pokémon GO Fest 2024 is just the right one to get a medal, flaunt it to everybody, or maybe put it on a billboard. Imagine you are attending the Madrid event, but the medal you get is from a different location, like Sendai. It would be a catastrophe, right?
Don’t get me wrong, not that anything is wrong with the city, but Trainers are paying for a Pokémon GO Fest 2024 Madrid medal, among other things. Or a Pokémon GO Fest 2024 Sendai medal, or a Pokémon GO Fest 2024 New York City medal. Several Trainers are reporting this problem, where they have bought the ticket, the extensions, and everything else for a determined location, but they get the in-game medals for a different location.
Trainers are also saying that they’ve gotten one with messed up dates, but after raising a ticket, Niantic Support fixed that as soon as possible. If this is happening weeks before the start, imagine what would happen during the events.
I just hope that Niantic and Pokémon GO will make each Pokémon GO Fest 2024 event as best as possible, bug-free and glitch-free.
