Call of Duty: WWII “The Resistance” Coming to PlayStation 4 first, Available on January 30
The ones that own PS4, will be granted access to the first Call of Duty: WWII DLC a month before the PC and Xbox One players. Sony announced this during the Paris Games Week. The DLC is called “The Resistance” and it will be available on January 30, 2018, on PS4 first.
The upcoming COD WW2 game will take the players back in time to the second World War. It will also have a bonus map which is called “Carentan”. When the end of January comes, the PS4 players will also get access to more maps. PC and Xbox One owners will get it sometime in late February or the start of March next year.
This is not unusual the PS4 owners to get an early DLC launch. They had an early access to Black Ops III and Infinite Warfare. When “The Resistance” launches, the owners of the game will receive three map packs. We do not have the details for these packs yet though.
Only the players that have a Season Pass will get access to the map expansions. Also, you will need this pass when the game launches, for the bonus Carentan map. The pricing hasn’t been announced, but we think that everything will be revealed on its launch date, November 3.
The game will be launched on PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 3.
