Overcooked is available for free on the Epic Games Store

Epic Games' gifting tradition continues with Overcooked, another game for free.

Epic Games, also known as the biggest rivalry to Steam and their digital reseller platform, has just added another video game title for free. Overcooked is available on the Epic Games store for no penny at all. The game requires a co-op cooking action in which you and friends can compete with each other to see who’s the best cooker.

Overcooked is a chaotic couch co-op cooking game for one to four players. Working as a team, you and your fellow chefs must prepare, cook and serve up a variety of tasty orders before the baying customers storm out in a huff. Sharpen your knives and dust off your chef’s whites, there isn’t mushroom for error and the steaks are high in these crazy kitchens!

Preparation beyond everything else, you will need to be on the go to cook and serve orders as they’re required. Having the Onion Kingdom endangered, you will need to lead it to salvation. The only way to do so is by becoming a master chef and overcoming each challenge.

Cooking variety of dishes with friends may be excellent killing time, and on the course of it, you’ll even have the chance to unlock more difficulty levels but also new chef characters. To increase the competitivity, new challenge levels will be assigned to allow teams of two to engage head-to-head.

Solo play is also available, but we do believe that playing with friends will enrich your gameplay experience.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
