Overwatch Pro League Player Suspended after a Homophobic Insult
Overwatch Pro League and Fuel suspended Dallas Fuel’s tank player Felix “xQc” Lengyel for four matches and $2000 after insulting a homosexual player Austin “Muma” Wilmot at the Houston Outlaw.
Austin “Muma” Wilmot has used Felix “xQc” Lengyel signature lines to win a match, which led to a response from Felix saying, ” suck a fat…” which violated the League’s Code of Conduct – professional conduct both inside and outside of games.
Felix has now been suspended for four matches and $2000 by the Overwatch Pro League and suspended by his team Dallas Fuel for the rest of Stage 1, until February 10.

However, this is not the first time for Felix to break the rules of the League. On December 19, 2017, got 7-day in game suspension after he got angry and decided to throw games while live streaming, which Blizzard found “inappropriate for Overwatch.”
Dallas Fuel’s tank player Felix “xQc” Lengyel has apologized to Austin “Muma” Wilmot on Twitter, saying:
“I didn’t say what I said on stream with malicious intent, I legit did not compute the whole thing before. I speak too fast, everything happens too fast. Everything is so f****** trash lately. Hope I can turn this into something good, sorry Muma.”
