Epic Games Store Upcoming Free Games – May & June

Grand Theft Auto V was a huge hit yesterday, as millions have probably claimed it so far. But what about other upcoming free titles? It appears that Epic Games have leaked the games that are scheduled to arrive on the Epic Games Store for free.

Another ad has discovered that Civilization VI will follow after the GTA V offer is over, for later to twist into Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, and Ark: Survival Evolved. They should arrive at the very same order as stated above. More precisely, the release dates can be found below:

  • Civilization VI (May 21)
  • Borderlands: The Handsome Collection (May 28)
  • Ark: Survival Evolved (June 4)

These are the next three games to be available for free on the Epic Games Store. By free, it means a permanent copy of the titles will be reserved for the acquirers. Following the big surprise of GTA V, Epic Games Store also catalogs The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which according to the metrics, may become an option as well.

The GTA V offer has caused a turbulent incident that brought Epic Games Store’s servers down. The issue, due to the enormous demands, has made Epic Games Store unresponsive for an extended period.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
