Rumor: PS5 State of Play may happen somewhere between August 5 and 11

Sony is quite secretive when it comes to lucrative events, especially those who focus on game reveals. According to recent rumors, Sony has a lot more games to show than what was showcased in its first game reveal event. According to rumor, more first and third party titles are scheduled to premiere in August.

VentureBeat’s Grubb has posted a tweet discovering that PS5’s State of play is scheduled to take place in August. There’s no exact date of the event, and based on the list provided, it is estimated to take place somewhere between August 5 and August 11.

Contrary to PS5, Microsoft and Xbox are also preparing another game reveal in August. The event has been confirmed, and it may be a response to Sony’s PS5 State of the Play. Not to forget, Gamescom is also just around the corner, so we’re about to have a bountiful month in general.
