Suicide Squad Game Incoming, Official Announcement on 22 August

Rocksteady is ready to discover a new game on August 22nd. It appears that the studio is prepared to reveal its upcoming “Suicide Squad” masterpiece to the public. The announcement was officially made on Rocksteady’s Twitter Profile, after the enormous amount of leaks and rumors pointing to something different throughout the previous period.

Rocksteady’s tweeted image somewhat reveals the story’s focus and its possible implications. That is based on the image below of Superman with a crosshair on his head. Furthermore, the man of steel seems to have scars around his eye, which opens more questions regarding the title.

The tweet can be found below, as well as the image posted by Rocksteady Studios.

Rocksteady’s last big title was Batman: Arkham Knight, which released back in 2015. Four years since then, we have been witnesses of various rumors circling the web, but never seen a concrete reveal. Previously, we have talked about the domain registration made by Rocksteady, which secured Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad.

While everyone believed Rocksteady is working on a new Batman game, it turned out to be the opposite. Even if the so rumored Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League rumor was predominant, it turned out to be a delusion.

Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad premiere is on August 22nd.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
