PUBG to RUN at up to 60fps on PS5 and XSX

PUBG will be having a new mode, Framerate Priority, which on some consoles will push the battle royale to 60fps with 1920×1080 resolution. This new feature will be added with the 9.1 updates, which will come to some consoles on 29th October. Sadly, this applies only to PS4 Pro and Xbox One X versions of the game.
The mode will also be available on PS5 and Xbox Series X. The developers behind it said the following:
“After rigorous testing, we’re pleased to say that the game performance is extremely smooth and stable, with faster loading and little to no frame drops thanks to the power of next-gen.”
We are pleased to say that PUBG will be available for the next-gen consoles through backward compatibility, with everything kept intact. It also supports cross-generation multiplayer, which means that the players that are playing on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5 can form teams and battle each other.
However, there are some minor problems with the Xbox consoles. The Xbox Series X has the build of the Xbox One X, which is running at 60fps. The less powerful Xbox, Xbox Series S is built like the Xbox One S, which runs at 30fps. The developers stated that they are currently working on finding a solution to this, which will be out sometime in the future.
