This time we have info about the in-game map, some very interesting option that allows you to choose the size of your genitals, pubic hair style and we know how a nude male character looks like (be aware nudity included).

Next on the list, we have the genitals options. As per the image shared by Seffuski, you can choose the size and the looks of your “tool” and make it big, small, medium, left, right middle, with or without pubic hair.
