Mortal Kombat 1 PC System Requirements Revealed

The long-awaited return of one of the most iconic fighting games is nearly upon us. Mortal Kombat 1‘s Steam page has just been updated, revealing some eye-catching screenshots and, most crucially, the game’s PC system requirements.

As one might expect for a game that promises to bring a new fighting system, game modes, and fatalities to the Mortal Kombat universe, the requirements are not for the faint of heart. Fire God Liu Kang is developing this iteration of Mortal Kombat 1 and promises to usher in a new era for the franchise.

For the minimum requirements, players will need a system running a 64-bit operating system, specifically Windows 10. Regarding processing power, you’ll need an Intel Core i5-6600 or an AMD Ryzen 3 3100/Ryzen 5 2600. You will need at least 8GB of RAM, and for graphics, you’re looking at an Nvidia GeForce GTX 980, AMD Radeon RX 470, or an Intel Arc A750. Mortal Kombat 1 will run on DirectX: Version 12, and you’ll need a hefty 100 GB of storage space. For the complete minimum and recommended PC Specs, check below:

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
