Video Game Updates & Patch Notes

World War 3 Will Receive a New Update on May 17, Patch Notes and More

The Farm 51, the developer behind the popular World War 3 game, has announced that an update is set to roll out on May 17, 2023. The game servers will go offline for scheduled maintenance at 09:00 CEST, and the downtime is expected to last around five hours.

The update is primarily technical in nature, focusing on back-end improvements to streamline gameplay and enhance the overall user experience.

The patch will introduce an optimization pass to the game’s database. This will likely result in improved load times, a smoother gaming experience, and potential bug fixes. While the exact details of this optimization haven’t been disclosed, such updates usually aim to enhance the server’s efficiency and reliability.

Profiles migration indicates a shift in how player data is stored and managed. While the specifics are unclear, it’s plausible that this change could improve how player progress is tracked and stored, possibly offering enhanced security and efficiency.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. My mission is to lurk and discover secrets, create guides and provide you with some important news. I mostly play FPS and love experimenting in good MMORPGs.
