Street Fighter 6: The Arrival of Rashid and the Rollout of the First Fighting Pass

Capcom has taken the fighting game scene by storm with the recent announcement of the Year 1 DLC plans for its flagship title, Street Fighter 6. In an exciting update, the company confirmed introducing four additional fighters into its roster, starting with Rashid, also known as the Turbulent Wind. The character’s exact DLC release date remains under wraps, but it is expected to debut sometime this Summer, possibly ahead of EVO in August.

To pave the way for Rashid’s arrival, Capcom is launching the game’s first battle pass, the Fighting Pass. Going live today and continuing until July 23, the Fighting Pass will form a foundation for the Turbulent Wind’s debut. The announcement came via an official Tweet from Capcom:

The Fighting Pass offers a premium tier with an array of new rewards for players to unlock. Five new pieces of avatar gear are on the line, along with a classic game, Hyper Dyne Side Arms, available for enjoyment in the Battle Hub. Further rewards include new stickers and three new music tracks, precisely Rashid’s theme, Laura’s theme, and Necalli’s theme.

In addition to these in-game perks, the premium rewards extend to a new emote, photo border, device wallpaper, and titles. While the Fighting Pass’s premium tier is priced at 250 Fighter Coins (equivalent to roughly $5), Capcom has made it a point to include free rewards for players who opt not to purchase the premium version.

That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S.
