Pokémon GO Necrozma and Solgaleo Fusion and Unfusion Animations for GO Fest 2024 Revealed

Trainers, GO Fest 2024 is getting closer and closer, and the world-famous miners have already started revealing a lot of interesting things. As you already know, Necrozma will appear for the first time in the game at the end of May, and what is even more interesting is that we will get the fusion and unfusion options.

Well-known Pokémon GO miners mine the GM files daily and keep us informed of any changes. The last thing they discovered was the animation for the fusion and unfusion feature in Pokémon GO. They shared the same on X, and of course, we share it with our Pokémon GO community.

Necrozma is a Gen 7 Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon, scheduled to make its Pokémon GO debut on May 30th, during the first GO Fest 2024 event. The event will run until June 2nd, 2024, and all attendees will be among the first in the world to get a chance to catch this Legendary Pokémon.

Necrozma has no evolutions, and cannot evolve into any Pokémon. Rather, this Pokémon has three forms, Dusk Mane, Dawn Wings, and Ultra Necrozma. According to the information we have, only Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings Necrozma will be obtainable in Pokémon GO, and we hope to see Ultra Necrozma during Global GO Fest 2024. This is just our expectation, so fingers crossed.

Necrozma can take the form of Dusk Mane or Dawn Wings Necrozma.  Now, to get Dusk Mane Necrozma, you must fuse with Solgaleo. And if you want to get Dawn Wings Necrozma, you must fuse with Lunala.

It is not yet clear what all the requirements are, but we expect to find out very soon. Until then, let’s take a look at this feature in action.
