Pokémon GO rolls out second Master Ball through Timed Investigation Adventures Abound Season

Update: Hey Trainers, brace yourselves – the Master Ball Timed Investigation has just rolled out, and it’s no walk in the park. We’re talking about daunting challenges here; think 1000 Pokémon captures, 60 Raid victories, and landing 120 Excellent Throws. Trust us, this isn’t your typical afternoon stroll; it’s a true test of your Trainer skills. So buckle up, it’s gonna be a wild ride to earn that coveted Master Ball.
Previous Story: Exciting times are ahead for Pokémon GO Trainers, especially those on the hunt for that elusive, perfect Poké Ball. The game is introducing a second Master Ball, and this one is obtainable via a special Timed Investigation, fittingly named “Master Ball.” This Timed Investigation is part of the Pokémon GO: Adventures Abound season.
For those unfamiliar with Timed Investigations, they are a series of challenges that players can complete within a specific timeframe. These investigations often offer coveted rewards, and in this case, the prize is none other than the Master Ball – the crème de la crème of Poké Balls.
The Master Ball has a 100% capture rate, which means it’s a guaranteed catch for any Pokémon you encounter. Whether it’s a Pokémon you find in the wild, one attracted by Lure Modules, a Raid Battle reward, or even a critter you come across while using your Daily Adventure Incense, the Master Ball won’t fail you.
The Timed Investigation: Master Ball event will run up until Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time. Be sure to complete all the challenges by then to secure your Master Ball.
For those who may be tied up and unable to complete the Timed Investigation by the deadline, there’s another option. A Special Research ticket that also awards a Master Ball will be made available for purchase. This way, even if life’s other adventures keep you busy, you still have a shot at that unbeatable Master Ball.
So, Trainers, mark your calendars and set your reminders. The race for the ultimate Poké Ball is on, and you won’t want to miss it.
But will you be able to get it and hold 2 master balls if you haven’t used your 1st one yet?
Note that you can only carry one Master Ball in your bag at a time.
