Pokemon Go newest update reversing owned Avatar clothing items

Just as I thought that the problems with the latest update were over, new ones emerged, and some even involve spent PokeCoins.

The latest update, which is 0.307.1, caused a lot of problems in the Pokemon Go community. There were several bugs and glitches that caused app crashes, white screens and whatnot. Well, the latest bug that emerged is the missing Avatar clothing items.

Several players came forward on Reddit and told the story of how their Avatar items, that they purchased with their own PokeCoins went missing. This is quite ironic, because this update was supposed to give you more editing options for your Avatar, but something happened, and everything went wrong. These Trainers couldn’t equip the stuff they bought.

This bug went to that extend that it replaced the clothing items the Avatar was wearing before the update, with some other clothing items.

Some players contacted Niantic Support, but all they have told them is that the bug may be fixed in the future, but that the purchases went through. So much for help, right?

Connected to this bug is also the missing Poses bug, which still isn’t fixed, but is expected to be cleared in the next update.

I hope I don’t lose my clothing items though, because they are mad expensive.
