Counter-Strike: Condition Zero fan remake on Source Engine is now Available

Even if it appears that we have already forgotten Condition Zero and the awesomeness it offered, not everyone has completely erased it from his mind. A fan remake is on its way after JASONakaBOURNE has managed to find a way of recreating this masterpiece in Source Engine. Caution, it is still in Beta.

Even if the game is in its early beta phase, the name itself glimpses back a bit of the past, when Counter-Strike: Condition Zero was a thing, and a lot of people just loved the set of missions the game offered. Well, all of that is now back again, on a better engine. Leaving its GoldSrc engine behind, normally, the game is capable of more.

As a player, you will be able to set up bots but make sure you do not go above nine bots because a crash may occur. Furthermore, the uploader himself has noted that he needs at least one more person who can recreate the old CS: CZ models into HD. Anyone interested may visit this link to find out more. Well, it appears that we have another small but yet a big project to follow.

As JASONakaBOURNE has stated, it appears that the game will come as a full remake of the old CS:CZ, which is going to be fun to download and play. Currently, in its third Beta Phase, Nikolay Aulov will continue working on this mod, and he has recently published three videos showcasing his masterpiece. Below you can watch the videos.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
