Overwatch will be Free-To-Play until January 4th

Blizzard’s Overwatch will be having another free-to-play event, and this time, you’ll be able to play it for about 2 weeks! However, this will be only available for the PC through Blizzard’s Battle.net launcher. This is Overwatch’s longest free-to-play event, so if you haven’t bought the game and you want to try it, now is definitely the best time!

After the event ends, there’s another bonus. If you decide to buy the game, your progress will get transferred, and it’ll be 50% off for the PC. Even if this free period does not extend to consoles, it is 67% off on all available console versions.

Overwatch 2 is currently in the making. However, it has had its fair share of development issues. Blizzard officially declared that BlizzCon would return on February 19-20, 2021, and it’s going to be free-to-watch. Players are mostly hyped to receive news for Overwatch 2, Diablo 4, and Diablo Immortal, as they’re Blizzard’s most anticipated future releases for now.
