343 Industries is hiring for “New Project” in the Halo Franchise

Even if Halo Infinite is the upcoming game in the franchise, Microsoft and 343 Industries are probably looking beyond that. The game’s scheduled to release this fall, but there’s nothing in particular regarding the same. The game’s still distant from its official release, and 343 Industries is probably making plans for something else in the franchise based on the recent job listings they provided.

There’s a brand new listing that offers a full-time job and requires knowledge in the Engineering field. According to the listing, the place is reserved for a producer, which will work on a new Halo title. Microsoft’s Halo Studio, 343 Industries, seems to be preparing for the future. This job listing already shapes the future, even though it is fast to see such a listing because Halo Infinite is still not released.

According to the official job description:

343 Industries is looking for a Producer to help develop a new project in the Halo universe.  This is your chance to work on one of the most exciting and creative intellectual properties in the industry with one of the industry’s most talented teams.

As a Producer, you are core to the culture and productivity of the team. The ideal candidate will be able to balance schedule needs with creative pursuits, pushing for quality and innovation while managing both budget and time; and lead a team of industry veterans to create innovative new experiences.  Executing on our project’s vision takes many traits, but above all stand teamwork, leadership and a dedication to excellence. Coordinating the efforts of a large project team is a big responsibility; the Producer needs to be both focused and agile in navigating the complexities of the development cycle.

Halo Infinite is set to release this fall, but what else could be coming in its way?
