Pokémon GO From A to Zygarde Special Research Quest Tasks and Rewards, Zygarde 10% Encounter After Completing Step 3
Trainers, the From A to Zygarde Special Research is live, and by completing it, you can encounter the Legendary Pokemon Zygarde.
Niantic and Pokemon Go are celebrating the release of the new Routes feature with a special in-game event Blaze New Trails. Blaze New Trails introduces Zygarde, and the only way to encounter Zygarde is via the From A to Zygarde Special Research.
To get Zygarde, you must complete all tasks from the From A to Zygarde Special Research quest. The tasks are not so easy to complete, so let’s take a look below at everything we know about the Zygarde Special Research.
NOTE: Completing the From A to Zygarde Special Research will grant you an encounter with Zygarde 10%. To get its Complete Forme, you must collect 250 Cells. Now, these Cells can be found while you’re exploring a Route.

- Walk 1km: 5 Pinap Berry
- Catch 10 Pokemon: 5 Hyper Potion
- Use 5 Berries to help catch Pokemon: 5 Poke Ball
- Rewards: 500 Stardust
From A to Zygarde Step 2/6 All Tasks and Rewards
- Make 5 Great Throws: 10 Razz Berry
- Power Up Pokemon 5 times: 10 Nanab Berry
- Hatch an Egg: 10 Poke Balls
- Rewards: 1000 Stardust
From A to Zygarde Step 3/6 All Tasks and Rewards
- Claim Reward: 10 Great Ball
- Claim Reward: 10 Super Potion
- Claim Reward: 100 Stardust
- Rewards: Zygarde 10% Forme, and a Zygarde Cube

- Follow 3 Routes: Incense
- Catch 20 Pokemon while following Routes: 3 Revive
- Find a Zygarde Cell: 5 Ultra Ball
- Rewards: 1000 XP, and 1000 Stardust

- Use an Incense while following a Route: 15 Great Balls
- Earn 3 Candies walking with your Buddy: 1500 Stardust
- Follow 5 Routes: 10 Ultra Balls
