Alleged GTA 6 Trailer Surfaces Online Ahead of Official Reveal

On Monday as an account named ‘GTA6trailerleak’ on X (formerly Twitter) claimed to have uploaded the reveal video for the highly awaited Grand Theft Auto 6. This unexpected leak comes just a day before Rockstar Games’ scheduled official unveiling of the game.

The authenticity of the video remains unconfirmed, and its quality, heavily watermarked, seems significantly inferior to what one would expect from Rockstar. Fans are advised to hold off their excitement until the official release for a clearer picture. The leak is below:

The account, now suspended, seems to have been holding waters, for real…

If this leak holds any truth, it hints at a 2025 release for Grand Theft Auto 6, a revelation that will stir discussions among fans. Rockstar had previously announced that the first official trailer for the game would be released on Tuesday, December 5, at 9 AM ET. This event is part of the celebrations marking the company’s 25th anniversary.

The journey towards this reveal has been a long one. Rockstar Games confirmed in February 2022 that work on the next Grand Theft Auto title was progressing well. However, the company kept details under wraps, fueling widespread speculation and anticipation.

Adding to the intrigue, September 2022 witnessed one of the gaming industry’s most significant leaks when over an hour of development footage of GTA 6 was published online. This leak offered gamers a sneak peek into the sequel of one of the most successful games ever.

As the gaming community eagerly awaits the official trailer, more updates and insights are expected to surface. For the latest news and detailed analysis on GTA 6 and other gaming trends, stay tuned to FutureGameReleases.com.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
