Escape From Tarkov “First In Line” Quest Guide

First In Line is a new quest in Escape From Tarkov, on the new Ground Zero map. The quest is given by Therapist, and it asks you to find the Emercom station and deliver 5 medicine items to her.

Escape From Tarkov “First in Line” Quest

Greetings, young man. We aren’t acquainted with each other yet. Everyone in Tarkov calls me Therapist. I think you can guess from my name what I do here. I’ve been told you want to make connections. I need you to complete a quick assignment for me, then we can work together.

There are still civilians in the city and they want to leave. It’s best to organize evacuation from the Emercom checkpoint: they have both the transport and the necessary equipment. At least, I hope so. However, I have rarely been in this part of the city, I don’t know where exactly the station is. You need to find it. Then I’ll send my men to check the area.

Oh, one more favor. I’m in need of medical supplies for my medical duty. I can’t import them to Tarkov anymore, so I have to search for them here. It doesn’t matter what you bring, supplies, drugs, stimulants. Anything will do. I’ll be waiting.

Objectives

  • Locate the Emercom station on Ground Zero
  • Hand over 3 medicine items of any rarity

Guide

For the items, you can acquire any medicine item of any rarity and deliver them to the Therapist. As for the location, you can check the video below:

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
