Rumor says Nintendo will reveal its Next-Gen Console in March

There is excitement in the gaming community as it is rumored that Nintendo is going to reveal their next-generation console in March. The speculation around the new console, which is being referred to as Nintendo Switch 2, has been growing for a few months now. As the original Switch is almost seven years old, people are eagerly waiting for the announcement of its successor. One of the well-known leakers, NateTheHate, has fueled the hype around the upcoming console.

NateTheHate, who recently appeared on the Game and Talk podcast, revealed that Nintendo is planning to make an announcement next month regarding the next device in the Switch lineage. However, the format of the announcement is uncertain. It could either be a straightforward press release or an elaborate reveal event. This prediction is based on the information collected since Gamescom last August, indicating that official discussions about the next device started in March.

According to Felipe Lima, the editor-in-chief of Universo Nintendo, multiple Nintendo first-party studios and partner developers are preparing to reveal their upcoming projects in March. His sources have confirmed that various retail outlets are also getting ready to start accepting pre-orders for the new system. These reports indicate that Nintendo fans can expect some exciting announcements in the near future.

There have been leaks indicating that Nintendo is planning to release its next console in the latter half of 2024. A March announcement could be a part of this plan. Additionally, there may be a Direct presentation scheduled for the upcoming week, where updates on the current Switch model could be announced before moving on to the next-gen hardware.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
