Capcom Announces Upcoming Updates for Dragon’s Dogma 2, 30fps, DLSS Super Resolution and more

Big news for Dragon’s Dogma fans! Capcom is planning to release some cool updates in the near future. They’re tackling the big requests from players, with a goal to make the game even better on all platforms.

Console gamers, you’re in for a treat, too. PS5 and Xbox Series X|S are getting some sweet visual tweaks. Want to switch off motion blur or play with ray tracing? You got it. You’ll also be able to lock your frame rate at 30fps. Stability or smoothness? Your call.

Steam players will get DLSS Super Resolution, making the game sharper than ever. And Capcom’s fixing those times when characters looked off a bit. The goals are to have less blur and more detail.

When are all these goodies dropping? Capcom’s playing it coy, and they’ll be out when they’re ready. But they’re super thankful for everyone’s patience and are all in on making sure you love these updates. Capcom’s listening to what you want, pushing Dragon’s Dogma 2 to be even more awesome. I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
