Battlestate Games has just revealed that Escape From Tarkov will receive a new update tomorrow morning, March 28. The nature of this update is unknown, but given its 4-hour maintenance period, it seems to be huge.
We also know that this update will likely introduce a huge ban wave in addition to fixing other bugs and issues. As usual, the developer reveals the patch notes once it’s released, so we’ll post them tomorrow.
As for the time schedule, Battlestate Games plans to start the maintenance at 7:00 AM GMT / 03:00 AM EDT. The announcement for this maintenance and technical update arrived from Escape From Tarkov’s official X/Twitter profile.

Over the past couple of months, the developer has released a couple of updates, but it seems to have not indulged its player base. There have been multiple outcries about the game’s performance, including the amount of cheaters that are currently plaguing the game. Let’s hope tomorrow’s update satisfies everyone. Until then, see you around!
