Pokemon GO Bug Out event details, Collection Challenges and Mega Energy rewards

As spring is rolling in, the bugs are coming out. I like bugs, especially when they are Bug-type Pokemon.

Starting April 12, 2024, and ending April 17, 2024, Trainers are going to be participating in a brand-new event in Pokemon GO called Bug Out. From what I can see, this event is going to be focusing on Bug-type Pokemon, and that type is my favorite type.

There are going to be a lot of bonuses, a lot of Pokemon, and Collection Challenges that are quite promising, and I hope that we can all have fun, especially when hunting down the Shiny Pokemon, which are a lot.

Bug Out event bonuses

  • 2x XP for successfully catching Pokemon with Nice Throws or Better.
  • Increased Candy for Nice Throws or better.
  • Increased Candy XL for Nice Throws or better for Trainers level 31 and up.
