The Japanese video game magazine Famitsu has recently made a research of the best selling games and consoles of 2017, based on sales from December 26, 2016, to December 31, 2017, and it looks like Nintendo Switch took the lead in sales.
Nintendo Switch is the best selling video game console in Japan for the past year, and Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon is the best selling game in Japan for the same period. Below you can see the full list of best selling games and game consoles for the previous year.
