As you already know, we’re fully locked into the Black Ops Cold War beta, creating loadouts that seem broken. Judging by our recent experience in the game, weapon accuracy and stability is probably the most vital part of the game. The importance of the Speed attribute falls far behind. This time, we’ll talk about the MP5 submachine gun. Probably my favorite by far. We’ll try to discover the best MP5 attachments so you could have that laserbeam effect on the go.
The weapon builds quickly, getting overpowered once you reach and unlock the Gunfighter wildcard, which we’re using. This wildcard allows players to equip three more attachments, making it a fully modified gun. For the regular multiplayer, having a Law Breaker loadout is not as important as having a fully-tweaked gun.
For that reason, we decided to go with the Gunfighter wildcard, which allows us to have a fully modified weapon, as it feels like it’s the META at this point. Close quarter combats will no longer be a pain, as most of the regular multiplayer encounters are rather close-range than long-range.

Below you can take a look at our best loadout for the MP5. Don’t bear the scope in mind. It is a personal choice. We encourage you to choose your own if you don’t like the one listed below.
- Optic: Diamondback Reflex
- Muzzle: Muzzle Break 9 or Infantry Compensator
- Barrel: 9.8″ Takedown or 10.8″ Paratrooper
- Body: Swat 5MW Laser Sight
- Uderbarrel: Red Cell Foregrip
- Magazine: 40RD Drum
- Handle: Warden Tight Grip
- Stock: Duster Stock or Commando Assembly
As we stated above, the Gunfighter wildcard allows us to equip all attachments on your designated weapon. Now, let’s take a look at which perks we’re using, alongside the tactical and lethal equipment with this build.
As a secondary weapon, we love playing with the Diamatti burst pistol, even though both of the shotguns are considered for vital choice.
- Tactical:Â Stimshot or Stun Grenade – Depends on how aggressive you are.
- Lethal:Â C4, to escort the aggressiveness properly.
- Field Upgrade:Â Proximity Mine, Gas Mine, or Jammer
