Hellpoint will be arriving to the Nintendo Switch in February

Hellpoint is an action role-playing game developed by Cradle Games and published by tinyBuild, released on July 30, 2020, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Today, it was revealed that the game would be making its way to the Nintendo Switch next month. The digital edition for Hellpoint will come out on February 25th, while the physical will release the next day, on February 26th.

Here’s tinyBuild’s gameplay trailer revealing the release date for the Switch:

For those unfamiliar with Hellpoint, it’s referred to as a Souls-like set in a Sci-Fi setting. It follows the same mechanics as any other Souls-like: a challenging RPG in which you get punished heavily for your errors.

Hellpoint is also going to come out on next-gen consoles a bit later in 2021. You can currently play the game on your PS5 or Xbox Series X/S through backward compatibility. A patch was released in December that lets you play the game on the PS5 and Xbox Series X at 60FPS. However, with the official release for next-gen, higher resolutions and additional graphical features from the PC version will be brought to the new consoles.
