CoD: Warzone Latest Update Changes Weapons and Attachments – Patch Notes

I am trying so hard to suppress the frustration caused by encountering hackers in most of my games, but I would still escort this update appropriately. Raven Software has recently announced a new update to CoD: Warzone, with tons of changes to weapons and weapon attachments. Apparently, some of our favorites will no longer be shooting as powerful as before, and the meta will likely shift to something new.

It’s something that’s been keeping Call of Duty Warzone breathing for this long, as it makes the game much more interesting than just sticking to the most prominent loadout. It’s a video game, and it’s quite understandable to see the META accompanied by most players.

Without further ado, let’s take a look at today’s update Patch Notes.


Assault Rifles

  • AK-47 (BOCW)
    • Gun Kick adjusted
  • FARA 83 (BOCW)
    • Maximum Damage decreased from 29 to 25
    • Minimum Damage decreased from 25 to 23
    • Head Multiplier increased from 1.35 to 1.56
    • Neck Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.2
    • Upper Torso Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.1
  • Krig 6 (BOCW)
    • Recoil increased
    • Neck Multiplier decreased from 1.3 to 1.1
  • QBZ-83 (BOCW)
    • Recoil increased slightly
    • Recoil Dampening enabled

Submachine Guns

  • OTs 9 (BOCW)
    • Recoil increased slightly
    • Maximum Damage decreased from 34 to 31
    • Minimum Damage increased from 20 to 21
    • Headshot Multiplier increased from 1.35 to 1.52
    • Neck Multiplier decreased from 1.35 to 1
  • TEC-9 (BOCW)
    • Maximum Damage decreased from 26 to 24
    • Minimum Damage decreased from 24 to 22
    • Neck Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.1

Light Machine Guns

  • Light Machine Gun Alpha (BOCW)
    • Recoil adjusted
    • Gun Kick adjusted
    • Raise Interrupt Time increased from .8 to 1 second

Tactical Rifles

  • Tactical Rifle Charlie (BOCW)
    • Recoil decreased slightly

        • Fire Rate increased from 5% to 6%

        • Fire Rate increased from 7% to 8%

      • 16.3″ Rapid Fire
        • Fire Rate increased from 5% to 6^
      • 16.3″ Titanium
        • Fire Rate increased from 7% to 8%
