Take a look at Lighthouse, the upcoming Escape From Tarkov map

Battlestate Games has released a couple of screenshots for its upcoming Lighthouse map. Lighthouse is the next map coming to Escape From Tarkov, followed by what’s supposed to be the most significant and most complex map in the Tarkov universe, Streets of Tarkov.

On Friday, Battlestate Games posted four images of the map Lighthouse on Twitter. Assuming it will be medium to large, the map represents a unique and modern place, unlike other maps in the Escape From Tarkov universe. From the posted pictures, we can see the lighthouse itself, alongside a messy road and a couple of modernized cottages.

If we delve deep into details, we can see one house in possession of TerraGroup swarmed by the USEC, judging by the hoisted USEC flag. The house is in a poor state and looks very messy, with broken windows and ammo crates in the swimming pool area, including barricades around it. If I was to guess, this was probably USEC’s holding or extraction point.

Honestly speaking, I do believe that Battlestate Games have very experienced designers. Judging by the most recent “Reserve” map and extremely beautiful underbelly, it’s no wonder the upcoming maps would look good. Driven by nature to swerve onto the Escape From Tarkov universe, I have to give the props to Battlestate Games, even though it’s still in Open Beta. For once, let’s put the hacker issue aside and enjoy the view.

Escape From Tarkov’s Lighthouse is estimated to arrive with the next major update for the game, bringing us even closer to the vast Streets of Tarkov map.
