Escape From Tarkov’s recent balance changes have buffed the loot on Streets of Tarkov and Interchange

Battlestate Games has made new balance changes to Escape From Tarkov, adjusting loot and barter items. First off, the developer has increased the possibility of finding loot of higher value in locked rooms on Streets of Tarkov.

Additionally, the spawn points for PMCs on the Reserve map have been improved to prevent players from killing each other from the get-go, based on recent player feedback. Yeah, the spawn at the checkpoint and ЖОПА (bunker at the edge of the map) were quite close.

But Streets of Tarkov is not the only map with loot changes. Interchange has also received some improvements.  There are also some enhanced spawn possibilities in ULTRA and KIBA, in which players can find ballistic plates and other gear related to armor.

• Adjusted the loot spawns on Streets of Tarkov: increased the chance of rare loot spawning in locked rooms and decreased it in other areas
• Added a chance to spawn TerraGroup “Blue Folders” materials at various facilities related to TerraGroup
• Adjusted the loot on Interchange at the ULTRA medical storage, as well as Kiba Arms store: added a chance to spawn ballistic plates and relevant equipment
• Adjusted the loot in the room opened with the Rusted b***** key on Streets of Tarkov
• Improved the PMC spawns on Reserve to avoid spawning in exposed areas
