Latest Escape From Tarkov Event Brings Raiders to Factory

UPDATE: Another tweet posted by Battlestate Games reveals another discussion in Russian language that confirms the hunt for Tagilla. As the discussion evolves, they talk about selling Tagilla’s exact location to the Raiders. Knowing that Tagilla is currently with his brother at Interchange, Raiders might head there straight away.

On Friday, the developer of Escape From Tarkov, Battlestate Games, has prepared a surprise for all the fans of this shooter. In a recent tweet, the developer announced a brand new, uncovered event is boiling. Something that the whole community had been missing to see for a while now. Today’s event brings Raiders the Chemical Plant, also known as the Factory in Escape From Tarkov.

TLDR: Raiders have overrun Factory in the chase for Tagilla. Tagilla has scooped out and joined his brother on Interchange.

For all the Tarkov players, Raiders are a slightly more advanced unit or faction, call it however you like, in Escape From Tarkov. They also possess a piece of more advanced equipment, ammunition, and decked-out weapons with expensive attachments, so eliminating them could be quite bountiful.

Below you can find the official note from the dialogue between Signal and Vepr. Obviously, the raiders were planning a surprise entry and hit on someone in Factory. If I was to guess, they went there to run down Tagilla, which is Factory’s Scav Boss. The event is still new, so we couldn’t assert his presence, but it appears like he dashed out of the area. The latest intel claims that Tagilla has joined his brother Killa on Interchange.

As the conversation goes on, it is confirmed that they will send reinforcements to secure the plant for now, which means Raiders might keep Factory invaded throughout this whole weekend.
