Escape From Tarkov’s Pre-Wipe Event #2 Changes the “Obdolbos”

Not the first nor the last time we get the chance to gamble in Tarkov.

Laboratorians want to play with substances in Escape From Tarkov. On Tuesday, as a part of the latest pre-wipe event, Battlestate Games posted a new image alleging a stim change. As in previous wipes, the Obdolbos Cocktail has become stronger, but it also brings a nasty disadvantage. We think it’s Sanitar’s touch who tinkered with the formula once again and gave the stim new super combat enhancements, but a chance to die too.

Imbibers will have the opportunity to turn into Terminators, while the less lucky ones likely to fall under the effect of the 5% death chance. The image announcing the latest Escape From Tarkov event can be found below. It reads:

Dear Friend, I’ve sent you a big package of the modified substance, the one we’ve been experimenting on. One-third of it is meant for your needs, while the rest will be spread across local buyers. You can purchase it from our local friend, Therapist.

This is the second day since the pre-wipe started, and this sensation is expected to continue until the wipe settles. That being said, it should kick in somewhere around Thursday, and likely continue over the weekend until it smooths out in terms of connections and smooth gameplay.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
