Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Featuring New Characters and Pokemon

Anxiously waiting for the release of Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet, The Pokemon Company has given us something to feast our excitement on, and that is new content.

As we already know, Koraidon and Miraidon will be the Pokemon that will “promote” the titles, and the games will feature a new game mechanics, that is online multiplayer for up to four players. Besides this, the players will see new characters, some of them familiar and some of them yet to be seen.

Depending on which version you choose, you will either see Professor Sara or Professor Turo. In Pokemon Scarlet, there will be Professor Sada, while in Pokemon Violet there will be Professor Turo, and each of these characters will have a research of their own. The other new character that players will see is Nemona, an experienced Pokemon Trainer whose purpose is to guide players on their adventures.

The new Pokemon that will be featured in the games are Pawmi, Lechonk, Smoliv, Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly. The last three Pokemon are the ones that players will choose for their first Pokemon partner.

Pawmi, the Electric-type Pokemon, is known as Mouse Pokemon, whose ability is Static/ Natural Cure. With its electricity-discharging organs, it shocks its opponent by touching them with its pads. Lechonk is a Normal-type Pokemon, known as the Hog Pokemon, whose ability is radiating an aroma that is disliked by Bug-type Pokemon. Smoliv, a Grass/Normal-type Pokemon, is an “oliy” Pokemon, mainly because it has oil coming out of its head. That oil has a strong taste, and when aimed at an opponent, it slows them down.

Which Pokemon would you like to see in the games? Which version would you buy once it comes out?
