The Marked Room on Lighthouse is Big Money

Worth it or not?

As we all know, the Lighthouse expansion dropped in Escape From Tarkov. That means a new and unexplored zone is ready to be traveled by human PMCs. The recent update has added a new marked room in this particular zone. But is it rags or riches? Some people have already tried laboring deeper on this subject, so let’s see what they found out.

Important: The room can be opened only with the Shared Bedroom Marked Key.

For whatever reason, the cultists have already established their territory within the Lighthouse region and will probably operate there in the near future. But the main question here is whether the new marked room is worth it or not? For that sake, a streamer that goes under the name TweaK has already compiled a video in which he does a total of 10 runs looting the marked room solely. The video can be found below, so let’s see what he found out.

Judging by its contents, the room itself offers a couple of hot spawns that can root quite valuable items. Some of them:

  • Bitcoins
  • Roller watches
  • Skull Rings
  • Lion
  • Horse Statues
  • Prokill medallions
  • Gold Chains
  • Vases
  • other high-value streamer items can be a part of it.

Plus, the room itself has a duffle bag and a jacket that can shuffle in something good if you’re lucky enough. Based on this experiment, the Marked room itself already proves itself as a strong competitor compared to the other marked rooms on other maps. Well, is it worth it?

Combined with the other buildings and loot spawns scattered around the Lighthouse expansion, yes. You can pretty much make a fortune out of it, the only problem that could cause a mental breakdown is an alleged rogue that may appear out of nowhere. So, from rags to riches?
