Destiny 2 Lightfall Will Add a Grappling Hook, Launches February 28, 2023

Tons of other core and exciting features will soothe the player base.

Destiny 2‘s upcoming Lighthfall expansion launches on February 28, 2023. The news was revealed throughout today’s showcase, where Bungie presented the first ever trailer for the upcoming expansion. It was about time we saw what Bungie is working on and where will Lightfall take us in the future. Exciting enough, this expansion will introduce a grappling hook for all three classes, new core features, and a new Darkness subclass to go with Stasis: Strand.

Destiny 2 Lightfall Details

Bungie’s upcoming Lighthfall expansion will be a follow-up to The Witch Queen. The expansion will be set on entirely new territory and will introduce a brand new raid with a slew of new exotic weapons and armor. Strand is the first even subclass that will be a rather supportive one, gifting guardians the speed they need to overcome various difficulties.

Grappling Hook

Aside from that, in the reveal trailer above, we can also see a new sort of gadget that will allow players to hook and pull themselves towards certain objects. I don’t know why this is always exciting, as it definitely collapses into a wider and more thorough gameplay experience for everyone. It’s just… satisfying, that’s all. It’s not only Fortnite that can adopt these types of abilities, and it’s not a Spider-Man collaboration at all.

Task

This time around, players will jump straight into the action. They will be tasked to go into the city of Neptune and stop the Witness and his pesky minions from taking over the steering wheel. From what was showcased in the trailer, Titans, Warlocks, and Hunters should be fearless as they will have a couple of augmentations to deal with.

New Game Features

Aside from that, Destiny 2 Lightfall will also add a Loadout Feature and Mod Manager. Additionally, the game is getting a Fireteam Finder that will help players gather a crew without further struggles.

Additional Details

Destiny 2 is coming to the Epic Games Store later today, which has given birth to a new collaboration between Fortnite and Destiny 2. Yes, Fortnite is getting Destiny 2 cosmetics soon. Fortnite x Destiny and Fall Guys x Destiny becomes a reality.

That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S.
