New Modern Warfare 2 Bug Yields Insane Amount of Weapon XP

Not every game is perfect. Going by that, Modern Warfare 2 has to have some weird bugs and glitches that haven’t been discovered yet. After the GOD MODE glitch revealed yesterday, today, we have a new bug that’s seemingly broken and can yield tons of Weapon XP.

If you’ve been reading our guide regarding the best Weapon Leveling option, you might need to scratch that. There’s a new way to suit up your weapon to the maximum level and accomplish your desires. This weapon bug involves the usage of particular perks like SPOTTER and OVERCLOCK and the Suppression Mine field upgrade.

If you haven’t unlocked them yet, these can be equipped as a part of the already existing perk packages. The Hunter Package offers these two combined. If you have unlocked the perks, then you can make your own selection. The second thing you want to use is the Suppression Mine field upgrade and wait for the ground vehicles in Invasion to spawn in. Once they do, you need to throw your Suppression Mine on top of an enemy tank (used by an enemy) and watch how that broken counter starts trickling.

To replicate this glitch, make sure you follow the video below:

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
