MLB The Show 23 Releases Game Update 17, Notes and more

The popular baseball simulation game, MLB The Show 23, has rolled out its 17th game update, bringing a series of tweaks to enhance user experience. Released on September 15th, this update is available on all platforms, ensuring consistency for players, whether they are on PlayStation, Xbox, or the Nintendo Switch.

DIAMOND DYNASTY

  • Incognito Series players will have nicknames displayed properly under fielders, in box scores, in menu text, etc. following the content update around Noon PT on Friday, Sept. 15.
    • NOTE: The nicknames will not be displayed on the backs of jerseys.
  • Fixed an issue where a user would not return to the correct program when re-entering the Other Programs screen.

EQUIPMENT

  • Added new equipment to celebrate Roberto Clemente Day.

DEVELOPER NOTES

  • There are no gameplay or live content balance changes at this time.
